School Council
A school council is a school-based, representative committee, required in every Massachusetts public school, made up of the principal, parents, teachers, and community members. The council works collaboratively with the principal to advise on school policies and programs, develop School Improvement Plans, and address issues to enhance teaching, learning, and overall student outcomes. They serve as a key mechanism for site-based decision-making, enabling parents, staff, and community members to have a voice in shaping their school's future. The CES School Council is currently seeking new members for the 2025-2026 School year. If interested in joining this vital committee, please email Dr. Kelly at jakelly@monomoy.edu
This year's School Council will meet on the following dates:

- Tuesday, January 27, 2026, 5:30 pm
