CES after school club fun

2024-2025  After School Club Information

Session 4 clubs begin on Monday, April 28, and end on Friday, June 6.

  • Deadline to sign up for session 3 is Friday, April 18, 2025

  • You will receive email confirmation upon acceptance into each club. 

  • Complete 1 registration form per child - paper form OR online sign up. 

  • Students are limited to a maximum of 3 clubs each. Club placement is based on equity and inclusivity.

Monday Clubs

Oodles of Doodles

Do you like to doodle? When you have free time do you like to color or draw? Bring your imagination and join Ms. Karen in the cafeteria for oodles of doodling and coloring fun!

When: Mondays 

Grade levels: K-4

Limit: 10 students

Location: Cafeteria

Disney Club

Do you love everything from the magical kingdom of Disney? Come play Disney games, color Disney pictures, and watch some Disney shows/movies.

When: Mondays 

Grade levels: K-2

Dance & Cheer Club

Not just cheer time but dance time! Let the choreography flow. We will learn some dances, listen to cool music, and have some fun!

When: Mondays

Chess Club

Come learn the game of chess, improve your skills, and have some fun! Chess strengthens decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Walking Club

Join The Walking Club if you like to have fun talking to your friends and classmates while you exercise and increase your steps every week! We will have a quick snack while we map out our route. Make sure to dress for the weather!

Ultimate Frisbee

It’s extreme. It’s awesome, and it’s ultimate. This club will teach the basics of the game of Ultimate Frisbee. No experience necessary, just an interest in having fun!

Tuesday Clubs

CES Post Office

CES has its very own post office, and it needs you to run it! We will continue learning about how a post office works and creating some of our own Shark mail!

When: Tuesdays

Arts & Crafts

Scissors, tape, glue! Maybe even some glitter. Join Ms. Dunford for some arts and crafts fun.

Swifties Club

Do you want to jam out to some Taylor Swift music? Do you like making friendship bracelets? Join us for crafts and sing-alongs on Tuesdays!

Indoor Soccer

Time for some football… I mean soccer! Students will practice dribbling, ball control and teamwork. All levels of experience are welcome.

CES Lego Masters

Are you a master of the Lego brick ready to unleash your lego skills? Teams of students will compete in weekly Lego building challenges that test their skills & creativity.

Science Club

Come and learn about astronomy, the human body, plants, animals and much more! Through hands-on experiments and arts and crafts, we’ll explore exciting science concepts in a fun and engaging way!

Thursday Clubs

Nature and Garden Explorers

Want to get your hands dirty and make the world a more beautiful place? Or maybe you want to take time to examine the wonders that nature offers us every day. Become one with nature and find your green thumb with Mrs. M.

Simply Soccer

Join Ms. Amanda in learning different soccer techniques and playing some fun soccer games with your friends! This club is for students who want to enjoy soccer in a less-competitive environment.

Every step counts! Join Ms. Lampert and get your run on. Build endurance, have fun with friends, and challenge yourself.

Geography Club

Join our club as we travel all around the world without leaving the classroom! We will learn about the culture in different countries and even make our own passports!

4th of July Parade Float Decoration Club

We are in need of your creative ideas and capable hands to help make decorations, props, banners and signs, etc... for CES’ float for this year’s 4th of July Parade!!  This club will involve working on a variety of 2D and 3D creations, using a variety of materials and techniques.

When: Thursdays

Grade levels: 3-4

Limit: 15 students

Violin club will continue on with the previously rostered students. Please email Ms. Deb and Mr. Toppa if you child will not continue on with violin.

Construction Club: 

If you like to build, this is the club for you. Blocks, Lincoln logs, Magna tiles. Let your imagination go wild!!!
